- In this vlog we go into Fuerteventura's capital city, Puerto Del Rosario. We show you around the beaches, cafes and restaurants and give some advice on what to do when you visit Puerto Del Rosario, Fuerteventura.
In Puerto Del Rosario there are lots of things to see, such as it's main beach Playa Chica, Town Hall and many traditional Spanish Restaurants.
Puerto Del Rosario holds Fuerteventura's Airport and has been the capital city since 1860. Before then Betancuria was Fuerteventura's capital.
Fuerteventura is the fourth biggest Canary Island, and is a hot spot for beautiful beaches and water sports.

Great video lads, enjoyed it very much. We were recommended to visit La Jaira restaurant by Mara at Bar Bouganville in Corralejo. Not managed to get there yet but seeing it on the vlog, it looks like it is well worth a visit - 12 euros for a three course menu, what a bargain!!

We visited Puerto del Rosario last sunday before we went back to Holland. Could have used your tip about La Jaira. Now we ended up in a place where I got a pizza with Fries and my girlfriend ended up with the wrong dish :). Sunday afternoon is probably not a good time to visit the capital. It was very quiet in Puerto del Rosario. Hope to be back in Corralejo soon!

Hi Peter, we would recommend booking! We booked only about an hour before our visit and had to wait a bit longer than we wanted for a table so definitely book! Remember the lunch meal deal is weekdays only from 1-30 and normally run out by 3-30pm! Hope to see you both around Corralejo over the next few weeks!! 😄 Thanks for watching!

Lots of shopping centres around the world have a no filming rule. It's private property and you have to request permission beforehand. Definitely not a covid thing. I first came across it in the 1990s with a very unsubtle shoulder held full size VHS camera 🤣
