- Here is another video taken at Comic-Con this year. This was one of the better cosplay I saw. The front part of the helmet actually clamps down shut and opens up along other moving parts. Pretty cool!
The one with all the moving parts was made from scratch by Master Lee. He has made dozens of Iron man suits using composite plastics and riveting.

Both of the Iron Man costumes are home made. It's just that the guy standing on the right is a master at his craft.
iron man on the left makes the best iron man armor i have ever seen
I have a question: how is vision inside the suit?
Do you go blind when the helmet closes, or do you have a way of looking through?
Moving parts or not, the right Iron Man looks waaaay better!

honestly the homemade iron man costume looks better than the one he is standing bye
The light grey sheeting over the eyes, made of some form of plastic, end before reaching the bottom of the eyesocket. It's hard to notice when the lights are on, but he can see through that gap. That said, the vision is far from great, as that is a relatively small gap, and that is why he raises the helmet when walking around.
He has servos in the helmet and control cables running down to his hands that allows him to open and close the helmet with the push of a button.

But the detail, robotics and the colours are way better than the other one. So my vote goes for the homemade version.

Sorry but that's biased BS. I don't know about that Lee guy and I honestly don't care but the suit in the back SCREAMS: "plastic" the finish is horrible and not the least bit metallic. The suit itself looks "wrong" and doesn't have to much details.
The finish of the homemade version looks as it should look: metallic and I don't see any cardboardish pieces. It also is much more detailed and above that mostly screen accurate. Has more moving parts too so I really don't see you in the right here.
