- Recently picked up the 106 to replace a UHD 93sv. Had a chance to get on the water to compare Livescope between them. Both units from factory settings.
Only had a few minutes to video before selling the 93 so I couldn't do a lot of on water comparisons.
For what I was able tell, the picture on the 106 was better than the 93.
Image quality may not transfer thru the video very well.
this was a helpful video. showed me what I wanted to see without any bias.

Both seems to have the same display definition even though the 106sv has higher dpi. My guess the gls10 box does the processing. But the 106sv seems to display it faster than the 93sv.

I just bought the 106 Ultra on sale 3-16-23 for $999.99. I bought the live scope 32 on sale also. I can’t wait to use it.

Hey thanks for doing the comparison. I'm guessing it's a much smoother experience on the 106. Both still look really good if you have amazing eyes and don't need the bigger screen.
The 106 is a little better. Both are at factory settings with no tweaking.
How do you know what is a fish
Feels like almost the same image quality , what one did you like ?
I like the 106 better. The larger screen, only by an inch, really does help and image is better.
Do you think the 93sv is sufficient for console set up
For the price point on sale, I would go ahead and grab the 106.
im bout to upgrade to 106sv. On black friday its $999 at BPS

I agree. But yeah, like I stated I only had a few minutes before I sold it. I planned to do a better one but dude wanted to pick it up ASAP.
