The first thing i'll do with my comment is adress the elephant in the room: Yes. The batzarro logo is a really bad case of not thinking ahead. It reminds of the time a Tim Drake figure got released with unpainted arms with obvious sleeves just because they wanted to reuse them for the later Gold Label. I wish they would've used the Three Jokers' Batman body instead because it has a similar blocky shape *AND* it has a smaller batlogo that could have been covered with ease by a bigger one. It may have not matched the cartoony muscularity of Bizarro, but it would've gotten the point across just the same. Now, as far as Bizarro: THAT FIGURE IS PERFECT TO ME! IT GIVES ME THE EXACT VERSION OF THE CHARACTER I'VE ALWAYS WANTED! Yes. It easier for me to say that because i don't have any of the other figures with that body mold but it is moreso the fact that it is pure Ed McGuinness art come to life. I love the way he designed Superman and his surrounding characters. If they do his version of Superman based on this mold, i would be so happy.
That Bizarro is fantastic! PERFECT representation of Ed McGuinness' Bizarro. HUGE disappointment with Batzarro's bat symbol. Can't believe McFarlane handled him that way. Great headsculpt and details overall though, such as the upside down pouches on the utility belt. He does look pretty good on the shelf. Endless Winter Batman's ankles worked PERFECTLY for him! Great idea and great job as always!
That original Bizarro was actually the kick starter for me to start collecting figures again after stopping about 10 years before (collected a lot of Gears of War figs). When I saw him in a shop I instantly wanted him and it snowballed from there.
Mcfarlane nailed it with this Bizarro. I think that's the best reuse of a body buck to date. I'm not a big fan of Ed McGuinnes but the head works on this figure. I hope we get the \S/ on all Superman capes going forward.
I my biggest issue with this is the cartoony faces even though it’s supposed to look like that. I don’t mind how the original batsymboloutline is under the upside down one that much because he’s an opposite to Batman.
I love both alot of people where hating on the bat symbol upside down because you can see the original symbol under it ,but I thought in the comics when lex created him they gave him a batman suit he ripped the bat symbol off and put it on upside down ,
I'm still on the fence if I even want these or not because I never was a fan of the public enemies art style... just way too bulky lookin like there about to pop! never noticed the dark knight returns Batman was that short only that it's one if not mcfarlanes best Batman figures, the whole wave was perfect but not perfect for re-use like McFarlane's been doing, this packs ok for the re-use but needs to stop here!
Mcfarlane is always sabotaging himself. Collectors slowly are getting tired of this cheap episodes. You know that I have been a heavy collector of the line. But I’m can’t defend him anymore.

When Bones covered the bat symbol on his custom Hush Batman I was like damn he did a better job than McFarlane at filling the bat symbol 😂😂
