yes this is absolutely true.i am not staying with my husband for 4 years.divorce case has been filed in 2020.so to prove cruelty in court my husband's lawyer who is my neighbour is disturbing me.his lawyer has hired a local hooligan to create repeated breach of peace in front of my house thats why 107 crpc has been filed. my husband and his lawyer has distributed my divorce petition in my neighbourhood where i live with my parents and is defaming me.So even if husband and wife are not with each other mental torture happens. its better if divorce is given
