Its great rp but is dead in the water as a business then the city has free apartments, you can just save up and buy. No market outside of rp reasons.
They already bought the 1st house (not long after this meeting) , have about a dozen interested investors for the next houses, and have tenants lined up. They're also potentially renting to 2 businesses as well. It's booming tbh.
It’s an RP server you don’t need more than “for rp reasons” tbh
There are thing you can do in a house, that you cant do a the free appartments. Plus you get way more space.
