Hi , how are you? Sweating and sticky fondant cake is normal , just when you decorate the fondant cake make sure to decorate it part by part because the moisture comes out when the room is not cold enough for the cake , mine have same situation sweating and sticking

Also you can use cornstarch
@@nohamoll1488 cornstarch can only be used for rolling and flattening the fondant

Do you work the fondant with tylose or power sugar and also do you let it dry before use in the cake?
