I've never tried manga but I NEED to pick up Uzumaki! I love unsettling, skin crawling horror. The images you showed totally sold me on it A graphic memoir sounds very interesting! I had no idea those existed. Also that's super impressive that you moved to a place where you didn't know anyone and didn't speak the language, that must have been challenging.
