Hey. American here, apparently Root Beer is an acquired taste (this is shocking to most Americans) but you must, MUST, drink it ice cold. I don't know one person who would suggest trying room temp root beer. Cheers.
Rootbeer is great to make a float with. Put a couple scups of vanilla ice cream in a tall glass and pour the rootbeer over it. So you eat it and drink it together. Very nice. Iv'e never herd it as mouth wash or tooth paste. My Mom said it was horrible and tasted like elixer.
@@Tanksworldreviews yup we have A&W in my country, it's an American chain restaurant they have a thing called coney dog it's geeewd, also for the root beer you can ask for a float which is vanilla ice cream on a pint of those, they also do waffle with ice cream and strawberry jam in a cup too 😋

Methyl salicylate which is found in mouthwash in Europe is the answer and yes the drink does taste like Listerine mint mouthwash.
