Hi, great video! Can I ask regarding the bottle brush, when using the bottle brush to clean water bottle, do you use the brush dry to clean bottle, or do use it with soapy water? Many thanks
New for me this, never seen them before but the idea is brilliant, ice cold water for 24 hours. Mrs MM is always sipping water but it has to be ice water, so when we are out for the day or overnighting, it is always an issue for her, so this seems the perfect solution, cheers Alan

I'm still in love with this bottle. Super cute and sounds like such a great product. Great advice on the thermal shock. Although honestly didn't know that was a thing. That's amazing that the ice stays in the bottle even after hours. I definitely need to invest in one of these! 🙂💜

Hello, I’ve had mine for coming up on 3 years and has around 2 big scratches and some minor ones. the paint job however hasn’t chipped or flacked. It got most scratched up in my messy handbag 😬 My husbands chrome one scratches way more easily but it comes with a protective pouch which really works at keep keeping it scratch free. thank you for watching ☺️ Wishing you a happy & healthy new year when it comes 💕☺️xo
No & if it does that suggests there’s a problem with the seal but they are replaceable you can more more on the website. The only issues I sometimes get is with sparkling water if I overfill it there’s no room for the gas so it can force itself out.

I just boil hot water put some bicarbonate soda in it . Leave it and that cleans it
