I have to agree kit , it is one of your best yet and you'll never loose my subscription ! I would love to have you shave my head like this it must be so relaxing to have someone shave your head bald because you are totally motionless ?

Lovely video. I also shave my head but prefer the Fatip open Comb as it really slides through my hair. I am not actually bald but I like my hair shaved. Also had pitta gyros when I went to Naxos in Greece. Lovely food

After this video I *had* to order one German 37 (I got the Radio Knob Handle as I already have a Ikon Bulldog handle). Now it's a waiting game till it reaches here in Cambodia. Nice video as usual. Cheers Kit.

Sorry to hear about some viewers unsubscribing just because you use a cartridge razor for a single pass. Personally I love watching your videos. I have to shave my head as well. I use a Gillette Fusion Pro-glide cartridge razor to do my entire head so I better not start a shaving channel. I'd have no subscribers!!! I just use my DE razors for doing face shaves. It's a bit tricky doing a head shave. You can't always see what you're doing, I have a problem with stubble in folds of skin at the back of the head and trying to do around the ears is fairly awkward. I enjoyed your Clark Gable line. Great stuff!!!

Thank you David! It is the people like you that give me reason to keep going with my efforts to give something of value to the Shave community! I wish I would have a had a father figure to teach me to traditionally shave but I didn't and if I can be of help to someone that needs it or just be interesting that makes me happy to do what i do. I certainly thank you again for taking time to comment with your kind words ! Kit

Have you tried the PAA bakelite OC slant? I wonder how it would rate against this razor?

    • @deshavetalkwithkit8935
      @deshavetalkwithkit8935  6 ปีที่แล้ว

Jon I am sorry I can not help you with the answer there. I have not tried any other slant razor except the Razorock German 37 Slant. Here is your answer though ! th-cam.com/video/TYLwHJabt3I/w-d-xo.html Kit

There are about 15 to one reviews in favor of the Razorock Slant and I watched several of them before I got my Razorock German 37 Slant because so many said they had tried a lot of slants but non of them better than the Razorock ! All I know is I love mine! You could get them both and you would have your personal answer which is always better than someone else making the choice for you ! Kit

I have one more thought Jon Manilenio. The PAA Slant is an open comb.
Open combs usually are like this one and they really don't have a very
large or almost NO gap between the blade and the Safety bar. However,
The Razorock Slant has a pretty good blade Gap between the blade and the
safety bar. Now your mileage certainly may very here but for me all my
BEST razors have decent blade gaps between the blade and the safety
bar. I personally get really crappy shaves from razors that pretty much
lay the blade on the safety bar.......Here is an example of a razor
head that virtually has no blade gap and I can not get a shave out this
thing to save my life ! www.aliexpress.com/item/Yaqi-Mellon-Safety-Razor-Head-Without-Logo-for-Shaving-Razors/32853918904.html?spm=2114.search0604.3.22.4cca7d7e2iM73V&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_3_10065_10068_10130_10547_10546_10059_10884_10548_315_10545_10887_10696_100031_10084_531_10083_10103_10618_10307_449,searchweb201603_1,ppcSwitch_5&algo_expid=29a608f9-4e3d-41c2-9d0f-0c7f641e1819-3&algo_pvid=29a608f9-4e3d-41c2-9d0f-0c7f641e1819&priceBeautifyAB=0

One of my DE Shave Channel friends that has both the PAA Bakelite and the Razorock German 37 said that the PAA is more mild and forgiving and would be better for a Newbie trying a slant for the first time. So that is what he said Jon!
