Is it possible to completely delete a custom activity that you have created?
I think it is shown in my another video here th-cam.com/video/Hu2MBqPlLQM/w-d-xo.html at point 26:44. Or if you mean delete recorded data, then you need to go to settings main menu/history/activities and there is delete option.
Does the watch show the distance from an indoor activity (cross trainer or indoor bike) when you manually enter it in the app after the activity?
I tried it. I added indoor cycle activity from my phone, then sync watch with phone. And after this I opened in the watch history/activities and I found this activity with the time and distance I entered. Calories and speed was calculated as well.
Is there a way to put the watch on silent mode? When I use navigate mode it beeps?
There is Do not disturb mode in Settings->System->Do not Disturb and it can be added as controls/hotkey, but if I enable it is still beeping during the activity like running. This mode more for avoiding notifications from the phone during night time. There is not exactly silent mode, but it is possible to go to Settings->System->Sounds and disable everything. It might help. I tried it is really silent during activity (running, etc)/stop watch, but it beeping if I use a timer or alarm clock.

garmin hrm swim and tri,he keeps the data in his memory and when he's out of the water, he's interacting with the garmin clock.

I already sold MIO link and I use only Fenix 5 for now, but I will try to answer. I can reply in russian as well if it is easier for you :)
1. MIO link is comfortable, but I did not have a chance to compare is with chest strap. Of course fenix 5 with embeded HR monitor is more comfortable than MIO Link. About accuracy I did compare Fenix 5 and MIO Link, and it looked for me that accuracy is similar. But I did not compare strap and MIO link. What I understand from internet and from common sence that start is much more accurate than MIO link, but I cannot confirm it for sure.
2. I am not sure diffence between MIL Link and what you are interesting? I hope my previous answer answer this question as well.
3. With MIO link I had a small issues, when it kind of was going crazy (shown heart rate much higher or lower than I fell) and I had to restart it, but it was not very often.
If you need for swimming, than MIO link will not save the data for swimming pool only for open water swimming, but you can see it in real time. With strap and swimming HR data will be stored in the connect.garmin.com for both open water and pool swimming.
