Because they are taught in the institute that you people are more intelligent than others. and Hearing that, they consider themselves very intelligent. Employees get less salary and have to work 12-16 hours during peak season time. One of my DCDP chefs used to get a salary of Rs 13000 only. everything looks fine from outside but it is not so. This is just a skilled job. Hoteliers should not give the attitude of someone who has cracked the UPSC exam and got a job as an IAS, IPS, IFS officer.
