is it suitable for warehouses? how does it reads multiple items after each others? i saw you in the video pressing the button to read the code, if i will read to excel or text file or anything, will it go to the next cell/line/field by pressing the button or i have to use the touch screen for each item? say i have 100 items
Yes it would be a great fit for a warehouse. The CT50 has an IP67 environmental seal for protection from dust and water and the ability to withstand multiple 1.5m drops to steel plate over concrete and 1,000 1.0m tumbles. Another benefit for a warehouse is that Honeywell products tend to have a great battery-life. In regards to scanning and moving to the next line the answer is also yes. You would probably need to configure the scanner to send a 'carriage return' after scanning to get it to jump to the next line down in Excel. If you have an internet form you wanted to fill out you could configure the scanner to send a 'tab' instead and have it jump from field to field.
