Would love a Cyrax guide, the way you break characters down makes it super easy to follow along and truly understand how to play them. Just my opinion tho and yes Havik is insane lol!

Yoo xombat, I enjoy this typa breakdowns. The way u put but homelander and havik on the screen to explain them, can you do Johnny and kenshi. I feel like kenshi is more broken than Johnny but many tier lists has Johnny wayyy up than kenshi

There is a minor skill gap, depending on the cameo you choose. I run scorpion so the timing is different for mavado. Great video
Sometimes sonic says so and so is top tier but you’ll know they really are when he starts playing them a lot

I like the breakdowns and Ik you said there is no way to counter havik but maybe for the other characters you can breakdown you can talk about maybe some counter play or ways to punish the character
The only way to counter havik is straight disrespect. You can't wait for turns, you can figure out the frame data but that'll only get you so far. If you think it's too random it's not. Havik fights around the opponents play style. Or do what most I've seen which is spam down 1 and run away haha.

Been a havik main since pre release. Its funny seeing new havik players. If you didnt play him pre buff, theres a big skill gap. The mix ups are amazing but will easily be learned. He needs to be played high risk high reward. Maybe its just a creativity gap but not seeing any good new haviks. No aggression and scared to do any move that isnt a mix up.

Yea on paper he’s definitely broke, But on paper and in game is two different things. Meaning in my opinion not too many players have the execution (like a sonic etc..) to make it all work. I’ve been seeing different Havik matches on TH-cam and none come close to making him look like how sonic making him look, Does that make him fair? No, But it does make it more of a player thing more than the character. But I do like these breakdown videos. Do Homelander.
I agree completely, while yes not having damage scaling on his EX neck snap is strong. I’m never going to take the time and effort to practice how to do all my combos backwards… and even if I did, I’d still mess it up all the time online. That being said, I do think his damage is broken, being able to do like 45 to 50% meterless is insane… at least make him spend a bar to do that much damage.
That is true but his combos aren't the craziest and as for the inputs being reversed, you can figure it out if you spend minimum 30 minutes in practice. Regardless of execution factor, character def needs to be toned down in what I discussed imo
@@Xombat Yeah I agree he does need a slight damage nerf, like i said at least make him spend a bar to do that much damage. But at the same time I don’t want them to nerf him too hard cause he was mediocre for so long and they finally made him good so it’s tough.
Execution is not hard at all. First 5 minutes i was doing the 43% meterless into unblockable for 22% thats 65% if you dont feel like learning reversed inputs
@@HeisenbonesKR By execution I meant Reads, Conditioning your opponent, knowing when to do stuff and not, spacing, anti airs, Combos alone isn’t good execution,

Here's the thing me and my friend have been playing this game since it came out for hours and hours a day The first character he chose was havoc and the one I chose was scorpion and I've been saying since then havoc is f****** good maybe not the best but he's f****** good and no one could see that or realize that in the main stream so they buff the s*** out of him because of all the little people on Twitter said he sucks he just wasn't fully developed by them now he's a menace he's unstoppable

Also whenever he's in that state after he spends his last bar he is unlimited special moves so he could do another tether you can loop two tethers together and then we chip damage he can get up to like 1300 off of combo
No you can't enhance tether in enhance taunt.

I think they buffed Havik way too much.
I'm an Ashrah main, and Ashrah is best with kameos that bring her health down to 950. Then the Ferra meta hit, and I have to fight Homelander - the most broken character in the game with 1100 health, and now Havik has 1200 with Ferra and it's okay because as mentioned the people who stuck with Havik up to this point? Okay, Firstly what are they doing? Why stay so loyal to a horse that doesn't win? So it's like...
Okay, your horse got some PED's, and you have 1200 health... and I've got 950. Like, its okay but it's a chore. Next to my Ashrah they have like, MK2 Shao Khan/end boss health and I do alright against them but it's a pain.
It's like climbing a mountain.
People complain about Ashrah and I swear she is only viable in the new meta with kameos that give her 950 health, so she's at a huge disadvantage with health! And people are like, "She's top tier! She's top tier!"
She WAS top tier.
In this new meta with all these roided out DLC characters it is a struggle for people using the base roster, and it's frustrating because nobody enjoys feeling like they're progressively getting worse at a game, which is exactly what it feels like with all these buffs they've given Havik, Scorpion, Nitara, etc.
It's like, why should I have to fight a Homelander with 150 or 1100 health when he's already better than my character, and my character has less health?
If anything I'm down with characters like Havik getting new moves and combo routes, but why the massive health buffs as well? It's literally unfair bad balancing.

Truth is Havik was never trash, just had short combos but it was easy to land multiple because his tool set is amazing; Long combos do not = good

His roll is aimed. If they are close hold back. That's why that roll was missing around 20 min mark.

Didn’t all they do for nitara is give her a combo off of her dive kick? I don’t get how that is overbuffing her, I have never played her so my bad if I’m missing some buffs they gave her but I don’t get how something that small can be considered over buffing her. If anything it is ferra that gives her the “scrubby” playstyle you are referring to, and even then it is just brain dead 50/50’s which isn’t a new concept in this or any other NRS game. She always had high damage, ferra just opens up more situations for her to get to that damage and it’s not really nitara or her buffs fault that she has good syn w ferra. I just want our community to move away from the calling everything broken thing, because when you say it in a way that just means “really good”, but a thousand dudes at home hear you say it and use it as a perfect excuse to complain on twitter instead of hitting practice mode. Some characters are just always going to be good, the community desperately needs to get away from wanting everything nerfed all the time bruh it is 90% of the discourse surrounding the game.

Nrs is always doing this and i hate it, where do they get their info on what to buff? The fact they gave liu a safe ender off back 2 tells u everything smfh, gave geras a pop up off f3 that no one asked for but made it not worth trying with his main kameos cuz the link is tight as shit so u end up losing utility u would have with ferra or motoro just to combo the f3 consistently but they wont extend the hit box on his d1 which wouldnt hurt anyone, it would just help geras and align him with everyone else which is what EVERYONE asked for so it begs the question WHO DO THESE PEOPLE LISTEN TO??? They clearly don't play their own game so I'm confused
