INGREDIENT LIST.
1 1/4 Cup Daal Chana
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Kashmeri Red Chilli
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cummin seeds
1 Tsp Kashmeri Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Ghee ( FOR TARKA )
1 Green Chilli Chopped
2 Medium Size Tomatoes Blend
1/4 Cup Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Crush Black Peppercorns
