Lucas C40 dynamo testing and rebuild on a Ford 3000 tractor

Hello all. In this video I test, strip, rebuild and re-test the Lucas C40 Dynamo from my class Ford 3000 tractor. This dynamo is quite common on tractors and cars from the 1960's and 1970's. Mine was not producing any charge and was leaving the ignition warning light on when the tractor was running.
