I plan on moving my boat to Port Orchard here soon. Right now I’m at Brown’s Point but I don’t like it there, the Port Orchard Marina is so much nicer, plus I grew up in Port Orchard so it will be like going home. Tacoma sucks!

When you showed the views of Olalla, I was able to see my old house where I grew up. I lived about a mile from Al’s and used to play in that lagoon all the time. This was an awesome sail! Thank you for sharing.
That's what I was told by an experienced sailor, and that was my experience as well. But then again we were heading north on the west side of a Vashon as the tide was heading out. But he has been tailing the Puget Sound for a long time and told me to always go south on the east side of Vashon and north on the west side.

Yes, we sailed from Kingston to the Tacoma narrows bridge.
