Great video. You and your hair cut look particularly FINE. Charlie does too. I have such envy of you and your dog. I lost my Rot a while back and still ain't over it. If your ever close to Ocala FL (great camping down here) I could give you a portable dump wagon and RV electrical cable.
Thanks Jack! We go to Florida every year end of summer, but we are out in Navarre (west of destin) I’m sorry to hear about your dog, it’s a pain that doesn’t fade.
@@MXguy95 Looks like he got you up good and early in the video. I hope for rainy days so I can sleep late (i.e. past 7am).. The trade off is going in/out constantly the whole day.
Good video Jay .. nothing like outdoors and family time . Any thing new going on with the shop and life stuff . Good to see ya buddy . I always check in when I can . I have been a fan since the beginning days .
She’s been in a couple over the years. Have a ton of footage from our Florida trip last summer but never got it all edited together yet. She’s in most of that
We've always liked spring camping, especially late spring, a little more than fall. But that's in New England. Pollen is different LOL. Seeing all that yellow reminds me of how I had constant hay fever for a month or so growing up in GA and SC. Those pine trees are wicked!
And I prefer winter camping honestly, love the cold! And we get up in the mountains and check out the snowfall. Ironically enough they are calling for a couple inches this weekend where we are headed
@@MXguy95Some will say it's a wives' tale, but I've been eating local honey for years and my spring and fall hay fever is generally less. The idea is the local bees are pollinating more local plants, helping you to build immunity when you eat it. Works for me mostly. The more LOCAL and unpasteurized the better. Raw best.
She pulls it great, but the avalanche has the weatherproof bed cover and four doors. Making loading/unloaded easier and has more storage for stuff. It’s honestly the perfect camping truck. The exhaust has also rotten off the dodge so she’s VERY loud at the moment 😂
@@adamholmes91yea my “tow/haul” mode was on for obvious reasons. But the old avalanche sports NO warning lights! She’s in tip top shape….. minus a shifter cable bushing 😂
Wow broke the shifter cable that must be interesting what if you need gas hope the emergency brake will stay down and hold the vehicle if it's a Cadillac the thing pops up automatically if you're in drive. That would be a headache to refuel you'd have to leave it running if you turn it off you can't restart it because of the neutral safety switch. I had a nice slide in camper and it was stolen before I could ever use it. Because I live right next door to Talladega I fear some race fan swiped it. You would get a lot of use out of that camper if you lived where I live right next door to that racetrack.
Thank you for taking us along on the hike. Even when it rains, camping is fun.

Dogs will definitely make anyone into a morning person. Petey the Studio Monster is up the minute it starts hinting at being light out.
Charlie’s pretty good about sleeping in usually. We keep the curtains and blinds drawn so to block the lights for that reason haha

Nice seeing your mom in a video. Don't think I have ever seen her.

Always seems that the weather is nicer on pack up day.
I enjoy your adventures, keep up the great content!
Thanks Michael! I’m waiting to your next trip post on Facebook!
And here I thought my day couldn’t get any better, then Jay uploads, my day is now even better lol
Haircut looks good 👍
Thanks! 😁
Thanks Jay. Great video. Stay safe. Hi Charlie
Thanks tommy! Charlie says Hi
We love Charlie = he’s such a good boy= good looking dog

I cannot stand the pollen down here. They say that changing environments help a lot with allergies. I’m not far from making a break west

Awesome video Jay! Thank you for bringing me along on another one of your awesome trips! Always love all of your videos!
My pleasure!!
I used to love spingtime camping. Pretty luxurious camper yo guys have!
Cannot stand the pollen. I prefer winter camping myself but it’s always a good time either way. Thanks!
I think I like seeing that Charlie dog in your videos about as much as the car content.
Thanks jay for the video it was nice to se you guys at camp
Of course! It’s fun to just document the trips, if nothing else but for my own memory to look back on later
That Charlie dog is the best.
Dang, Jay, looking all GQ and fresh with that short hair. High and tight. LOL
This cool video
Do you wish you had the trailer in your thumbnail??
Is your refrigerator three-way, Propane 120AC or 12V-DC??
I don’t understand the first question, but the refrigerator is a three way cool, yes
Love the content bro I’m subscribing
Thank you so much!
Dang that sounds like so many issues that happened! Flat tires leaks and dead battery and transmission problems? Crazy
It’s always something haha
14:11 bless you
Thank you! Haha
Jay nice haircut 22:52. You look young again 😂
Didn’t realize how shaggy I had gotten 😂
Glamping? Is Jay Smart moving upscale in a big way?
One step forward and two steps back 😂 I had less trouble out of my pop up camper honestly 😅
Looking good there buddy 😍, what you do to your finger 😢 from Melbourne Australia 🦘🦘
Thanks Gary from across the pond! My finger fought a pocket knife trying to open a fresh pack of socks 😂
Good video 😀
👍👍
😊
love the camping vlogs--can the dirty dodge not pull a camper any longer?

hi jay , why cody wasint traveling whit you in the avalanche, sory for my riteting im from quebec canada.
He probably had work and had to meet them there.
Give Dog a longer leash. Love
He has a few different lengths, but with all the rain and muddy ground I didn’t want him too far off the clean area 😂
Hey Mr. Mechanic? Not sure if you know this or not but your check engine light is on!! 😆😆😉
What? When?
I think you saw a trailer light

Good morning
Please man, wear your seatbelt. I have seen the aftermath
I owe my life to a seatbelt.
Me too
Even if im starting the car in the morning before school I put on my seatbelt before ANYTHING. better safe than sorry.
Walmart has the most affordable batteries anywhere = that’s where I go
If you need a new PC or maybe even a laptop. I'd say get an Acer Nitro 5 like I have.
