Sir, ek confusion tha. IBPS is asking the graduation date and the employment details like joining date. Now they are expecting that joining date of the first employment should be after the graduation date. But as u are already aware of that in IT sector, students normally joins the first company before the final semester result comes. I think most of the applicants will be confused on this point. Changing the dates can be interpreted as false information as well. What should I do in this situation?
