This guy must have good boards. I used an '87 viking which sucked for leaking hydraulic fluid but we also had the turbo 505 and if either side had crap boards or runners from our saw mill it took longer to sort through boards and runners which took longer in production time which wasn't worth the time in the morning for what the pallet company paid me per hour. It was a shitshow

Must be hard to find and clean out nail jams. Not to easy on the champion 304a which I use at work unless you get good at it

I wonder how many standard pallets this thing could produce per hour and with how many operators?
About 200 per hour and 4 operators, even tho Vikinh recommends only 3 operators.

@@maurylopez2728 I can see combos being used. 5 1/2 on the ends and 3s in the middle.
