i originally grabbed the ferret and now i have the raptor. you are crashing i am guessing based off of your spec. kind of dated hardware sadly and more than likely ther reason why the software is crashing. You have plenty of ram, but the CPU and vid card are old (probably sucks to hear that cause that gpu wasn't cheap) . if you do a shorter scan it will crash less. Even with my pc, 5800x3d, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, aio etc. the software will bog my pc down pretty good, especially when processing it. although it doesn't crash.

    Hi, nice to meet you.
i ordered mi CR otter scar yesterday, so we can learn together.
i think software and scanning problem probably came from your slow pc, because during scan it works on around 10fps, (scanner go up to 20fps)
How much is your result on initial program performance test?

Infrared mode scanning frame rate: Up to 30fps
GPU Model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 it's 8GB
      CPU Model: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core
      Memory Size: 40GB

@@amateur87 oh, this is strange, your pc is not slow at all.. the test show max possibile value.. idk if is a software problem or defective scanner… try to contact support.
(Do you enabled gpu for this software?)

Your tags need to be placed more randomly. Avoid creating patterns or the scanner will lose reference as it will recognize the pattern and think it's in another area.
