    This is a very well put together video. Glad to see such great intro Vanguard content.

    I think this is a nice and informative video but I'm not sure how useful it is as a Step 1 since it contains a lot of terminology that brand new players like me wouldn't understand. This video did show me that Brandt Gate is cooler than everybody else, though.

      I did this as step 1 since most people play games more for the boss monsters than for the mechanics a lot of the time, I mean we all know a Eugene Main

    Does anyone know if you can use more than one caln in your deck for example can you put tachikaze and dragon empire together or create separate decks

      No you cannot use different clans in the same deck for example if I wanted to use darco overload and use adventgarda in the same deck I couldn't because they are from 2 different clans but if I wanted to use dragonic overlord with scarlet flame I could because they are both part of dragonic empire and just so u know man

    So basically I can have a kagero clan deck and still use cards that say dragon empire.
    I’ve been trying to understand this cuz I thought nations made all the clans kinda disappear

      So there are 3 different rulings based on the format.
      Standard, you can mix Kagero with the other dragon empire cards and even with narukami cards if you wanted.
      V-Premium, you are locked into your clan and you can't play the Overdress cards at all.
      In Premium, you can mix kagero and Dragon Empire but not the narukami cards from Overdress.

      @@MonkiesMakingMisplays thank you that makes even more sense.
      I used to play when the game started(back in 2011-12). Ive seen comments about starting with standard format but is it a good thing?

      Personally, I enjoy the hell out of Overdress. There are a lot more good decks that aren't breaking the bank. We are even getting an insane reprint set in March which will make everything affordable. We are also starting a new Era of the show so we are getting a bunch of cool units.

      If you like Kagero, the new Dragon Empire boss unit from DivineZ is very reminiscent. It can restand and retire the front row on both sides but that let's you multi-attack. I'd recommend watching the new show if you are interested.

    I have a question, the past format used to have Accel, force and protect right? So does Overdress format just not have that?

    • @MonkiesMakingMisplays
      @MonkiesMakingMisplays  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the overdress format lost the gift markers and traded it for persona ride.

    Vanguard, Shadowverse or Lorcana ?!

    • @MonkiesMakingMisplays
      @MonkiesMakingMisplays  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have recently been very interested in playing Shadowverse on the channel but like Vanguard product, it's scarce. We could do a "How To" Series to help new players. As far as Lorcana, we have no product available but Cat is very interested in the game.

      How about One Piece?

    Hm. Im new to vanguard, but this doesn't exactly tell me anything about these decks other than "this is a good deck", "this will get support". I know nations have different play styles but this doesn't go into any of that or why someone would pick a deck outside of "its good and gets support".

    • @MonkiesMakingMisplays
      @MonkiesMakingMisplays  ปีที่แล้ว

      This is more of a "lets see all thats available", seeing as most people choose based on looks and playstyle second. If there is any deck you have a question on, feel free to ask me and I can give you a description

    • @MonkiesMakingMisplays
      @MonkiesMakingMisplays  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are looking for a certain playstyle, I can also point you in the right direction, we are a relatively new channel so we might not have a deck profile for every deck but we can always point you to someone who does
