Knowing how to fall could make the difference between getting back up and continuing to skate, or leaving skating alone permanently. Everyone falls sometime!!! Just like skate boarding, ice skating, gymnastics, skiing, etc... We all take our chances with any activity or sport.
Skate Kings number is 314-382-1112 or you can use Google maps to surface their address and hours of operations. I used to go to their 45+ session on Thursday nights. They also had an 35+ session night too, but I been rolling in the mornings lately...

Yeah, I don't know what song that was. Since I wasn't skating at the time it was playing, I decided to video those who were on the floor. But whenever I'd have liked a song, I'd have been on the floor rolling, not filming! But this short video is for out of town Skaters whom might visit St. Louis, so they'd know where they could go to get their "Soul" roll on...
