Can you make a video of Rhonex Kipruto training session?

    • @sungwookim4455

I have left Iten but I have 'trained' with him for 3 months ('trained' cuz I could never really run 'with' him but I got to observe his training and sessions for 3 months). Maybe I will make a short video talking about what I've observed. But simply, he is one of the most disciplined person I've ever met.

@@RunwithSung Thanks Sung. Being a high school teacher, many of the things Br. Colm is talking about apply directly to my profession and my work with my students. I have been actively involved in sports all of my life and use the principles that I learn from sports in my professional and everyday life which is why I am so interested in hearing what Br. Colm has to say. I also am enjoying your audio interview with Br. Colm from 2015. Looking forward to seeing your update. Please keep me posted. Likewise, hope you are doing well in this time. Watching videos such as yours inspire me with my own walking and running which have been most helpful in dealing with our current situation. Thanks so much for shaoaring! -Mike
