Marnie's song is surprisingly lovely and heartfelt in the instrumental, the lyrics fit that tone really well. Cheers to Queen filling the role perfectly! Team Yell's cheers really added something nice to the song as well.
I don’t know why, but along with every song being really inspiring, I love how Juno always uses Hatterene’s claw as more of a way to protect itself than as a weapon. It gives a feel of just how powerful the other Pokémon’s move really is

This song is just layer after layer of wholesomeness. From Marnie (with an amazing voice, by the way) singing about her rival, hometown pride and brother to push her forward, her part was wonderful in its own. The Yell Grunts, however, added a nice touch of comedy. I especially loved all the banter sections, especially the part where she sent the grunts into profuse apologizing - that one got a chuckle out of me! Nice work, Juno!

The Cooler Papyrus I know right most of my team is comprised of level 100 Pokemon and who ever I fight always talk up their Pokemon to be the next Godzilla they do it so much and then they lose instantly

@@donovanthefrog138 The main problems are the low difficulty caused by the ease of leveling up and slow level progression of the Pokémon you battle, the weak story that’s just about Zacian, Zamazenta and Eternatus, and pitifully small world. Black and White got everything right, that’s the level of quality that Game Freak needs to strive for, and the Pokémon Company needs to stop being lazy cheapskates and let them do it!

Either way, I like it. Marnie may have come off as a bit of an edgelady, but she was actually pretty chill once you got to know her. Even going so far as to give you daily battles against her. And that Morpeko of hers was pretty cute too... when it wasn't having a hunger-induced mood swing moment. :)

Pokemon Shield is one I had mixed feelings on. One of the things I loved about the game were the trainers and gym leaders. I feel this is one of the games where they REALLY nail the rivals.
I love SWSH characters the rivals are suprisingly really like endearing my favorite has got to be Hop's whole development
I have to say the simply sacrificed story for a deeper dive into the characters and their motivations thenselves, which I'm not complaining about. Each gym leader and rival is oddly enduring, they seem like genuine people, especially the folks from Spikemuth
