Are teachers threatened in prisons? How safe is it to be a prison educator?

I think it’s all about the teacher themselves. If they are at peace in themselves, and non threatening, then they are safe with everyone. The man in the video is clearly a very strong individual, and prisoners will feel safe with him. Therefore, it’s unlikely that he would get threatened by anyone, prisoners included.
