Thank you so much for your videos, I have travelled to the US 4 times . I have never over stayed . I traveled 2017 and I stayed for 2 months . And I was stomped to stay for 6 months . 2019 I went for my interview the VO asked me where did I stayed for the 2 months I stayed I told her . To my shock inwas denied my visa . My interview is may 2nd am so scared now

Please I'm currently in UAE working with Company and l've a vacation and want to used to travel to Denmark. prepared every supporting document and my NOC from my Company regarding to my tour to Denmark.Submitted but at the end the visa was refused.The answer was there are reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa.

If you reapply under the same circumstances, you will be rejected again.

Refer to the letter that was given to you, it has the reason why you were denied.

There are no restrictions. However, you are obligated to disclose the ban and the reason in your application.

Alternatively, you can include the information in your cover letter, and provide the necessary explanations that may help your current application.

If they have requested for the refusal letter, then that is exactly what they want. If you don’t have it anymore, then tell them so.

Your Dubai visa has nothing to do with your UK application. The UK application will be assessed on its own merits.

You’re asking the wrong question. If you fail to satisfy the requirements for the US visa, your visa application will be refused. If you are found eligible, your visa application will be granted irrespective of a previous denial from any country.

Hello, i hope u could answer me because I'm in a difficult situation. I was in China 5 years ago working illegally holding a business visa and teaching in a kindergarten, so i got cought in airport, they checked my phone they found conversations with schools , which jt means it's illegal so my visa is cancelled, but i renew my passport and i will marry my Irish husband in Morocco and will apply for spouse visa, should i gave them my old passport and the visa cancelled i had before?? Or just give them my new passport and not mention any thing about other visa . Please answer me 😢 also will they know that i have an old passport or not ?
You new passport should have details of your previous passport on it, so yes.
If they request for these details, then you should volunteer that information. It’s usually better to err on the side of caution.

This visa people refusal reasons sometimes make me laugh i had over 9m in my account i was going to uk alone i book an hotel for my trip i was still rejected cause according to the visa officials i dont know anyone in the uk i didn't go with fam also they dont know the origin of my wealth even when i included im a realtor with 2 accounts responsible for my expenses having 13k pounds expenses with a period of 6 months and another of 12k pounds they said they ain't convinced i will come back to naija even when i just came back from cyprus also travelled to several countries i noticed they give married women more and i included 2 landed documents worth 9k pounds they said they dont know my source of wealth and i should had gone with a fam member to be sure i will come back to naija i just laughed

3m would be about £5k (using their rates).
What did you include as the estimated cost of your trip? How did you break it down? How much per night was the proof of accommodation/hotel reservation that you provided?
