@@CoolWatchesOnly man I like more the blue lume and the full lumed bezel on the Steeldive, but I think the Heimdallr is the better one, the lume lasts more, better hands, better bracelet and clasp, feels more solid, and the logo, addies steel dives logo is an eyesore
love the gif at the end too 😅 the algorithm keeps showing me this video and every time I pick up more details and jokes and information, super underrated, your videos are awesome but this one is the best one yet imho
It sure is a tank! A tank and a half! It's a huge deep water clock tower!!! HUGE in all capitals. You know, it's the perfect size for hockey. You could find your local hockey team and have them use it as a puck as a torture test... it might break the hockey sticks though. PS: I like your style, the quick delivery rocks!
Great fun video, had one of these powered by a seagull ETA 2724 copy .prior to buying a marinemaster 300. Was pretty impressed with it, especially the sapphire crystal and ceramic insert, two things my version of the seiko don't have.
@@CoolWatchesOnly Since it's a sizeable watch, it doesn't feel too light to me. (I've seen some very small titanium watches and wondered, what's the point?) The grey-ish color dial is what pushed me to get it, and it looks even better in person. As my selection of watches improves, this one will stay. Oh, and I agree with you regarding strong lume being a requirement!
@@garageshop6021 interesting, I've handled only 1 titanium watch, a citizen promaster that was huge, and felt lighter than a 39mm orient, incredible that being so light is as strong as steel

Ok, what the hell just happened here? Who dropped something in my drink and WHAT? How did I end up on this watch party in the first place??? 😀 I own THE original Marinemaster SBDX017. I always feared it would be to big and too heavy. But it wear incredible comfy on my 6 inch wrist. The bracelet was not for me so I put it on a Nato. Looks the job, does the job. Great video. Now I want one of those Homages too.
@@wilddo33 If you can pull off an SKX007 or a Sekio Turtle you should have no problem wearing a MM300. What Seiko does with that case is pure magic. If feels bulky and heavy on the palm but when you put it on the wrist the bulk and weight disappear. If you have the chance to try one on at an AD, do it.
I have a Trident Sharkey with a lovely blue wave dial. Rough polish between the lugs with some sharp edges, but.......with a rubber strap. fantastic lume, and that wave dial ! Only wish i also bought the black version with the orange indices. Great handset also (second hand to thin) this company doesn't seem to get mentioned or used in comparison test anymore. Shame as they are good to very good value.

not related to this post but... about that giveaway 😂 I think they really enhanced the design as it hasn't date window you will not need to change the date at the end of the months, ok won't spam you anymore 😂😂

@@Stanjara Man I know, trying to cut out stuff is hard 😅 I start recording and could do a 30 or 40 min video of each watch, but yeah I think ideally would be between 5 and 10 minutes, I want give a bit at the end for people be able to see the end cards and how it finish etc. still a work in progress thanks for the feedback
Heimdallr ain't a bad name, could be worse. Maybe the watch company likes the idea of something powerful and legendary like a Norse God for their brand. Got any other cool names in mind for a watch company? What do you think makes a name stand out?
