One of your best videos for ME to watch this production of rice noodles. I eat rice noodles all the time.. I like to make a Thai curry with fried tofu and eat with rice noodles. Here in Cambodia the Khmer eat every day for breakfast.... Wonderful film and edit. You breaking open an egg is like watching a Fellini cinema....mind blowing... 🙏🙏🙏
I love fried tofu and curry, but I have never tried fried tofu with curry and rice noodles, ha ha!!!😂 I'm an expert at breaking expensive furniture, so it's very easy for me to break the eggs beautifully.😆
@@flyingmousefood I am the King of furniture breaking young lady. I also learned how to repair it and make tables along the way... But, I told you before I have always been accident prone and I break things. Partly because I have been 100kg+ since I was 16 and most of the time it was mostly muscle. My hands are really strong and I tend to break about anything ...working on cars..anywhere. Over here in Cambodia, I am a GIANT...They have these cheap plastic chairs they stack 3-4 for me to sit.....so awkward ... I have a long history of just sitting in a nice chair...and it just collapsing.... Your hands show incredible poise and dexterity in my book... Look forward to the next video. Unfortunately, most of my videos are not suitable for utube or public consumption and are mainly just me telling stories to my oldest friend back in California.. Lots of fun stories to tell an old guy who does taxes, plays golf and has a wife who is 72...ha ha ha.. Be good to yourself. You are so kind and decent. 🙏
@@flyingmousefood The fried tofu and curry thing came from my being a vegetarian 20+ years ago for 3 years. But, my curry has shrimp paste..and fish sauce...so, not vegetarian really. I just like to go meatless sometimes.. I first made Japanese curry with my Japanese friends..completely different from Thai... Most people eat curry with rice. Here in Cambodia many eat it with a French style bread...strange to me since they eat rice every day. Those fresh noodles look so good.. I just want the noodles... What a cool process to watch.
I always like traditional food! so yummy
Yes, very chewy and irresistible.

"Flying mouse food and Me" Okay where's flying mouse food? 😆
No no no, it's travel, street food, etc, and me.
Saudações do Brasil aos irmãos Taiwaneses, incrível a habilidade no preparo destes pratos, um grande abraço.

Looks tasty except I can’t have items made of white rice, will let u enjoy.
What white rice makes is delicious and nutritious, so eat well!😋
Taiwan nação livre e soberana e exemplo de democracia.
