- Watch this short video for an easy to understand description of some of the most common oxygen delivery devices you will see in the clinical setting and on your exams. I discuss the uses for and classifications of nasal cannulas, simple face masks, Venturi masks, and non-rebreathers.

The concept of the Venturi masks was not explained quite precise. It's true that the different colour is guide for the percentage of oxygen that Venturi mask deliver. But each Venturi cannula delivers the percentage written on it at certain flow. That's why there is different flow rates. I think you could've explained that better...

This has no business being so hard to find. This is something that should be found on every page on the internet. I shouldn't be forced to watch a youtube video to find what I need. I just want to know when to use each device and at what oxygen sats.
better do demonstration and show me the type of mask. you keep it simple and i appreciate your teaching.

Correction regarding your HFNC comment:
PEEP helps with oxygenation, NOT ventilation. Thus, it does not help with COPD (ventilation problem)
so with the high flow tube would you allow the o2 sat to be above 92%?
ok..so COPD should not have a HFNC, ever? I see it all the time and that is where my above question stems from
