    Did this 20 times, 6 and 12 reps respectively and it's brutal. I like that you added rope at the end and will try that. I agree that few exercises makes things simple and it's more beneficial. The most i will do in a circuit is pullups, pushups squats and dips . Great channel man.

      @@CinnabarCalisthenics For us average home or gym going folks that are after health, fitness, functionality, leanness I don't think you can. It's simple, adaptable, scalable. Covers all the bases and removes all the barriers.

    Thanks man really helped me alot I started with 3 pullups with resistance band and 9 pushups now I could do 5 pullups without bands and 15 pushups I'm gaining some muscle and improving alot !!! still I need to be consistent and work off my ass !!!

    Hey I don't have pullup equipment, is there any alternative exercise that does the same job as pullups

      Not really, unfortunately. If you have dip bars doing inverted rows would be the next best bet but it’s hard to replace vertical pulling without any equipment.
