This was one of the most entertaining run I've seen in awhile. It's so fun to see jorbs make a mistake mainly because they are so rare
Total lame claim to fame but I'm the person who said "It's my birthday too" at 39:22. Pretty cool since this is the first time I can definitely say I know when the run occurred compared to the day it was posted.
Thumbnail jorbs has the same shirt on in every video. Does Twitch jorbs have thumbnail jorbs locked away in his basement, forcing him to pose for his thumbnails?! Oh The humanity!!!!

I hate it when my relics are their original size. Once you are used to use an extension going back to the way things were isn’t that easy. The other day, I tried to use a selfie stick instead of the relic extension, my snecko skull wasn’t tied properly and I lost it fighting transient, not the best of times, I tell you.
Always fun to see coffee dripper start transition into a win instead of kill you in act one like it does to me Everytime 😂

deck has a total of two poison cards and needs the block from footwork and to draw less strikes
@@tomjackal5708 After he buys the Footwork (which I understand), he doesn't remove a Strike, so I don't understand the part of your comment which is about drawing fewer Strikes.
He has the money for a Catalyst but leaves, when I would have expected it to be worth taking with Snecko Skull present.
Perhaps not quite good/necessary enough compared to the already functional Thousand Cuts engine?
@@TheSlowPianist oh i mistook that for another store whoops. idk, it was probably close and with the only poison being fumes (kinda slow) and flask (not reliable in aoe) it mightve just been 'not good enough to be How This Deck Beats Collector'

Relics extension is broken
For context, I'm someone who loves watching StS gameplay, but who doesn't play personally- Is Sozu bad now? It used to seem like one of the best boss relics, since potions weren't much to give up, but now I see Jorbs passing over it consistently; chat going "ew sozu"; etc. Did *potions* become way better?
I'm pretty sure I'd stopped actively playing before that patch but yes, potions got better and more were added. The patch notes on the wiki say it was the Watcher patch that did it.
@@nbDeal985 good to know, thanks. I admit I'm going to miss Sozu-potions always felt a little too rng to me; on the other hand, removing it as an "obvious" choice definitely keeps you on your toes in a way that's probably healthy for the game.
Yes potions used to be less valuable than an energy relic, but since the boss gauntlet was added, potions are mandatory to win it (like a turn of intangible or in this case 5 dext for all the hearth fight), also as already said, potion got buffed
There are so many good relics synergyzing with potions, like white beast, ornithoptere, gold feather, potion belt... And also alchemize for the silent.
BUT you could see sozu being taken sometimes, like maybe act 2 if you already got good potions and you are pretty confident in your deck to keep it untill the end. Or if you need energy with despair and it's the only option you got
