Hi Trev and Sue, thats a lovely campsite, trees all around it very nice. The walk by the river would certainly blow the cobwebs away Trev, the photos you took were amazing loved the mist on the river and the bridge across the river that was lit. Loved the music x
It was a lovely few days at Chertsey. Something a bit different for us. We generally avoid built up areas but this was really enjoyable and we managed to visit a couple of lovely places whilst there. All will be revealed 😉 Trev

Being so close to the city, it certainly wasn’t quiet but it was a tranquil enough setting to enjoy with the trees and the river. Easy access to London too 😃🚐👍🏻 Trev
Nice campground. Love that bridge! And that shot with the reflection where they look like circles is so awesome!! Seriously love that! What a pretty lake! And the fall leaves are great! Very nice!
We enjoyed this campground and it was not too busy which made it even better. It’s near the city though so there was traffic noise and aircraft noise all day long which we did get used to 😄 Trev
That looked like a big site - the site manager seemed to cycle for ages to show you to your pitch😂. It looked like a nice location next to the water. Xx
Uber is a great idea. We will be trying that on our next trip. We didn’t cost this option but I am sure it would have been an efficient way of getting around. We used the bus (see our next video) which was an interesting challenge 😉 Thanks for your comments 👍🏻🚐 Trev
What a lovely campsite with access to river walks - cracking choice Sue 👍 Couldn’t help but admire the immaculately trimmed willow tree - love them as they remind me of my childhood and messing about on the river in Norfolk….. Van is getting closer - rumour has it, it may’ve landed at UK port 🤞🤫 Cheers, Debs x 🚐
I stay there when i am at Hampton Court Flower Show as my base for work just a short drive away through Walton on Thames its a lovely site busy at that time of year , two pubs by the bridge and two supermarkets in Chertsey 2min drive or a 20min walk away plus a good range of shops , as well the staff have always been helpful and friendly everything is always clean and tidy, a good base for touring the area [ Thorpe park and Brooklands etc ]
A very nice and organised clean park🧐 and once again very pleasurable post to watch 🤝,,,,,, I am in the progress of searching for a nice motor home my self. It’s very frustrating as there is so many, I know what lay out I’m after but trying to match that with very low miles and minimum of 2009 is some what challenging 🤔🤯.,,,,, my target is to sell up and go full time living so I need to get it spot on as I possibly can,,, thank you for your time in another great post 🤝🇬🇧
Prices are lower than the other club but facilities are just as good. We like the CCC and will keep our membership going as it offers good value 😃 Trev

That brings back some childhood memories, my grandparents lived near there and my uncle used to be a lock keeper at Chertsey.

Love the Chersey site, great for London and surrounding area. When we stayed there we used Uber to get around, really good and door to door travel.
