Is it also possible for one to contact live infestation from sharing salon tools like combs and others?
And if so is it advisable to get hair work tools usable that is usable by only the individual.

Yes. Lice infestation is transferrable through sharing hair tools. The eggs can go from the comb to another person's head and the hatch. What should be done is to use only your own tools, or make sure only clean and sterilized tools are being used on you in a salon environment

I used tea tree oil and jojoba oil, I applied it on her hair, then the lice started crawling out on their own.

Jojoba oil and tea tree oil to the rescue 🙌🏾. It’s a very powerful combination. Who was affected, you or your child?

My 14 year old sister had lice infestation sometime last year.
It was so devastating and irritating.
What we did, my immediate younger sister and I relaxed her hair, took a cutting comb with little space in between and combed out the hair in sections while still wet and were able to remove almost everything. Ensuring none was sitting on the scalp.
Then to kill of any egg attached to her hair strands, the next morning, we used a hair stretcher with the comb and in sections, stretched her hair and recombed out her hair incase of any lice.
And after that exercise, there was no complain of itching or lice found in her hair.
    We were so relieved 😌

Oh wow. You had to relax her hair? 😪. That's such a permanent decision.

My younger sister has natural hair and I just used a straighter once every week for 2 weeks. That solved the problem
