  • A fabulous treat, three deliciously decadent layers: silky cheesecake between a gooey pecan caramel topping and a classic biscuits crust.
    This dessert is a total showstopper!
    The ingredients are:
    FOR THE CRUST:
    - Digestive biscuits 200 g
    - Pecan nuts 50 g
    - Melted butter 100 g
    CHEESECAKE FILLING
    - Cream cheese 450 g
    - Sugar 200 g
    - Sour cream 180 g
    - Eggs 4
    - Flour 1 tbs (15g)
    - Salt 1/4 tsp
    - Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
    PECAN PIE TOPPING
    - Sugar 100 g
    - Water 30 ml
    - Heavy Cream 100 ml
    - Butter 30 g
    - Salt 1/4 tsp
    - Pecan nuts 60 g
    Square Cake Ring 18 cm x 18 cm
