I talked to a guy there whose a good friend of mine and they showed interest." Then he relies on his fanboys to misstate "Tommy said they already have X lined up." And of course Tommy will never correct that misstatement because that's what he wants. If enough people repeat it, it becomes fact in the community. Then when X turns out to be false and someone says "Hey, you said X was happening", Tommy gleefully replies "Ah ah ah! I never actually said X was happening. So I'm not the liar, YOU are!'". But Tommy does this so much that even he forgets what lies he told (if you tell the truth, you don't have to have a good memory). One recent example was someone asked what happened to NFTs and Tommy said "i never said that! I said 'wouldn't that be something' and YOU misinterpreted it". But unfortunately he did say it was happening multiple times, so now he's stuck with trying to come through on that promise. Of course they've given no details like how a transfer would work, how much would it cost (no point if it costs more than a game), and how it would it work when Intellivision inevitably goes out of business (once Tommy has soaked the maximum amount from the fanboys and the investors).
I've known numerous CEOs on a personal level, and some do talk, but when they do it is usually Insightful and Intelligent, not the words of a Dúm.ba.ss like this..!! 🤣

Tómmy is not cut out for it & it's just an ego trip for a bored millionaire..
