as a virgo rising I can definitely confirm that we take a really long time to make decisions/moves.. for example I have a master’s degree and everyone is like omg what are you gonna do with it? and im like sooooo cautious and careful that I move much slower with this degree than others would.

You said the *Chart Ruler* depends on the Rising Sign and you also said the the chart ruler for virgo rising was Mercury right? Edit: So it means my Dominant Planet was Jupiter because it's the ruler of my sun. And my chart ruler/ predominant was Mercury.
They said Virgo and Pisces are the worst signs for Sagittarius but with my rising I actually like virgos and Pisces but my Sagittarius energy makes virgos and Pisces hate me. They hate my inconsistency and my impulsiveness
Western! But the Descriptions are the same! You see the difference more based off if you follow Vedic/western astrology for your chart. Example I’m a Leo rising in Vedic though in western Im a Virgo which is more of my personality which is why I use it when referring to my own chart. Or when it comes to following transits you’ll see the difference more. Because right now is Leo season in western astrology but could still be cancer season in Vedic. Did that make sense?
