I recall eggsoup making a video about approaching but your video goes more in depth about the zones that are reactable and unreactable. I think this is a very important aspect of the game since running away and hoping people mess up is not as reliable as pressuring and punishing a panicked attack
Cosolix, thank you so much for making that type of content, i'm really grateful for this. Everytime i see you've posted a video i watch it, i believe that your experience can make more people enjoy and improve in Brawlhalla.
This is something I been thinking about recently. I'm 2400 and trying to improve and I feel like this type of stuff is the next step for me. Doing good things is good but its hard to be consistent if u don't understand why it works and understand why its good. I do this stuff intentionally all the time but didn't really think of it the correct way and would only do it vs specific weapons, so understanding it more and being able to apply it purposefully is gonna help me so much. Im on the journey to actually understand the gameplay at a more in depth level so this was a W video.
Hello Cosolix, this guide is fantastic! I have a question regarding the reactable zone: how far can I enter without risking a punish? I’ve noticed that you often jump deep into the zone, even when you and your opponent are stacked, yet they frequently fail to punish you. Could you explain how this works?
I was literally searching this yesterday! I think a good follow video would be about punishing. One thing I’m really having trouble with choosing which moves are good to use for punishing
Do more of these advanced guides. I was stuck in 2300 skil wise until I started looking into more advanced tech. Like how to move with purpose and how to attack with purpose and positioning ext the more advanced concepts of the game.
Movement is your friend, best option and sadly parry which lowkey hurts the game cuz its on passive side, you don't see super explosive game as much, but it's improve a lot
It doesn't cover it very well because of how thin the diagonal hitbox is. But yes it is an option. A legend with a big sig would be better like orion lance nsig
@@Callyweight80 I've never watched any guides too, got to low dia without understanding anything about the game, the only 'guides' I watched were about true combos back in 2017-18

Hey another question how do u deal with chase dodge abusers

That's awesome and I'm glad I can help!
Actual question here what if they playing really aggressive and not backing off
Let them miss then punish
If they’re to aggressive punish them with some true combos and try your best to read them and adapt to how they approach you
Leave and start another match
an actual tip given by stingray is literally to play more aggressive and hit them first
@raf4532 what if they play katars

We made an advanced guide recently! Check it out
Very helpful guide, your orb video helped me massively improve my red falcon and ezio. Keep up the good guides!
man, high quality stuff. impressed

Now this is helpful. If I can paint a mental zone in my head when I'm moving toward the oppenent I can see how to work with this.
Exactly!
I love ur vids
big vid this will help me on lance and bow thanks
What if no one attacks?
Like both players are just waiting for someone to throw out a move and no one does?
Thats when you enter the unreactable zone and hit them first. Make sure they can’t react and can’t move out of the way of the attack
Ah yes you approuch by not approuching but making it look like you are approuching
Any tips for being a good teammate in 2s. Any good team comps? Bad team comps? How to handle 2v1 ? Would love a video on this kinds of stuff 😤 🙏🏽
I made a basic 2s video. I can make a 2v2 tips video soon!
Can you make a Guide about Great sword please
Doesn't instant recovery cover lance's zone entirely, or is it too slow?
It doesn't cover it very well because of how thin the diagonal hitbox is. But yes it is an option. A legend with a big sig would be better like orion lance nsig
I never watch guides and just doing thing by instinct and reach 2156, lets see if i really learn, and see how high i got.
