7:55 Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know, you can determine which side is safe (either the far left or far right) by looking at the first telegraph. If the boss dashes to his left hand side, the safe end will be the far right from his perspective and vise versa. Look at 6:48 , his first dash will be to his right hand side, so the safe end will be on his left hand side. At 7:49, his first dash will be to his left hand side, thus leaving the safe spot at his right hand side. They are not the only safe spots tho, but it helps knowing where to look at every time I think.

Lol it's pretty common one to get for roulettes if your getting tomestone for gear. So don't write it off just yet. It really comes down to the groups on how much healing you will have to do. That's all content though.

It is possible. Honestly I've run this many times but never looked that closely for a pattern. Good to know if this is the case though.
