This game is exactly how a sequel should be made. It has the complete essence of the old school games, but even better improved. Tons of new mechanics without changing the essence. I think all the game companies should learn how to improve a game keeping the essence intact with this one
I do agree with you. But at the same time this game has a lot of flaws that could really be ironed out for the next Crash game. But yes the game is fantastic and has improved on a good handful of things while also feeling like a true Crash Bandicoot game. Now I just really hope they can do the same thing for Spyro... Spyro's remakes have already lost a lot of the original essence as it is so... 🤷🏻♂️ Who knows, I bet they can make a great new game regardless.
The art style is trash, 80% of assets were ripped directly from the first 3 games, yet it's a good sequel? Hell it's not even a sequel its a midquel (literally and figuratively) as it's set between 3 and CTR

Watching your video to try and get an idea of what I'm doing wrong in Crash 4 in a lot of the jumps and stuff, losing lives like crazy to bad jumps. I get what it is now due to watching an expert. Unlike the trilogy, Crash 4 is less about timing your jumps and more about precision platforming. This is what probably messes up older fans of the series and causes them to leak lives when playing Crash 4:IAT. Also only 11 hours is amazing, have a like.

I just wanted to ask 2 things: - Do N.Sanely Perfect Relics count towards 106%? - Do I have to get all gold time trial relics to get previously mentioned 106% completion?
Also, don't feel the need to get the purple Dev relics, they are just bragging rights and don't do anything to the progress of the game. I also wouldn't do them as they seem way too difficult to get. Sorry if you knew this btw.

This game is exactly how a sequel should be made. It has the complete essence of the old school games, but even better improved. Tons of new mechanics without changing the essence. I think all the game companies should learn how to improve a game keeping the essence intact with this one
I do agree with you. But at the same time this game has a lot of flaws that could really be ironed out for the next Crash game. But yes the game is fantastic and has improved on a good handful of things while also feeling like a true Crash Bandicoot game.
Now I just really hope they can do the same thing for Spyro... Spyro's remakes have already lost a lot of the original essence as it is so... 🤷🏻♂️ Who knows, I bet they can make a great new game regardless.

Watching your video to try and get an idea of what I'm doing wrong in Crash 4 in a lot of the jumps and stuff, losing lives like crazy to bad jumps. I get what it is now due to watching an expert. Unlike the trilogy, Crash 4 is less about timing your jumps and more about precision platforming. This is what probably messes up older fans of the series and causes them to leak lives when playing Crash 4:IAT. Also only 11 hours is amazing, have a like.
