Beautifully done. I'm getting a replacement for a defective 6121 that will have 6 pins from the factory. BTW, that "standard" pin, has very light serrations.
Koko this lock has been kicking my ass for a month now. I'm intermediate skill level. I see you make your own picks with is both awesome and tough. At the beginning of the vid did you say you added an Xtra pin? So those pins wernt the origin guts of the lock? What were the pins originally then? I'd like to know what's actually in this thing. Thanks.
Most Master locks that are above the starter level locks are very hard to pick consistently and give no feedback what the fuck soever!!!!!! I'm so fed up with trying to feel around......for what?????? There's nothing to feel for! Like I said, unless you are an absolute pro you're not going to be able to pick any Master lock above a starting level lock, they're extremely difficult to be able to do with any kind of consistency. A person will have much better luck and performance with a house lock of the common variety for sure!
Do you know what type of key this uses? I want to change keys because someone stole the originals and cant order them from masterlock, I know its an m21 but they dont sell those locally and I dont want to buy from online.

I stamped those lock bodies for almost 10 years. Nice pick and teardown.

Thanks!! I made the pick. I may do a video for ya if I get some time.
What type of pick and torque did you use in this video? Where could I find a set like those? I have my own kit, but it is a bit flimsy.

Thanks, I've bought a dozen higher-quality Master locks; and I don't want to have scrap them all.
Where did you get your picks? If you made them, make a video on that. Nice and nice.
Nice job Koko
