  • Today I started modifications on the rear end so that my Drag Slash conversion is more like my Actual Drag Slash.

The drag slash is based off the bandit great video 👍🏽

I just started to mess around with making my slash a “drag” car and so far so good, I had a hard time figuring out the offsets and camber angles + toe since I’m semi new to rc, I’ve had one for a while but never tuned anything or customized it. I just got some proline 2.8s the semi slicks for the rear and proline streetfighters for the front
Not a fully committed drag car but I’m looking for a good tire combo to be stable at high speeds and be able to get on throttle with less of a roll without spinning out then catching the tires and flipping. These have been very good at sliding out and spinning instead flipping since they have no side bite
Funny thing is I can pop a wheelie with the streetfighters in the rear but can’t pop a wheelie with the semislicks in the rear
I’m realizing I should have maybe just committed and got the slicks sticky compound

You can do a Slash width Drag Slash or a Bandit with Drag Slash. Proline makes bodies for both.

Ahhh....I didn't know about that. Thanks. I ended up with the Proline Nova body. But, I have already messed it up 😔
