DIY Truing Stand v2 (Compact, Light weight & easy to make)

This is my second DIY Truing stand which I am making. It features bigger axel sizes (up to super-boost) and all size wheels up to 29"
It is easy to make, light weight, compact so that it doesn't take up a lot of space, yet still functional.
