The channel name change could be totally unrelated, but, even if it is, this was too easy of a slam dunk to ignore. Plus, it gives me a chance to organize everything he's done in chronological order.
If this video doesn't open everyone's eyes, I don't know what will. Even before Iman exposed this fella, something was off when I would see the TG/BG thumbnail match other recommended channels.
IMO the whole trading community on YT is repetitive regurgitative content.

Yes, exactly. I am one of them, and this is frustrating. There are so many fake gurus, etc. It's really hard to find a decent person with a decent strategy, etc., from whom you can learn without being scammed. It's shocking that this is also allowed on TH-cam; stuff like this should be somehow verified, etc. f* sad.

@@YouDaron if you are new then your best bet is to leave 'trading' out of every search.
You are going to be trading a market; look for all of the information you can find on that market- do not trust anyone that you cannot prove traded that market in the past.
There are ex fixed-income traders, ex commodities traders, gamma/vanna/charm experts, and on and on; on TH-cam. The information is out there, but none of it will show you how to be profitable- at best you'll learn that retail "trading" is a scam preying on Regular Joe's hope that he'll be able to escape the 9-5.
I'd say respect, admiration and genuine affection.
Why feel bad? Market NEEDS these noobies on the other side. While it wont affect the market too much, anything helps with liquidity

The amount of fraud in this industry is seriously mind boggling
There is no industry mostly scam courses and basic bs stuff from people knowing nothing about financial markets and earning zero from “trading”… It’s seriously makes me sick how there is so many naive people that think they can get rich simply using some technical indicators and basic formations, without knowing anything about finance, market microstructure, and economics….
Not really in this particular industry. It happens everywhere. Get rich methods, teaching people how to get rich (Desperate people). Selling courses, MLM products. Their only clientele is desperate people. If i know a method to get rich, why would i be teaching the rest? Especially in share market. LOL. Syndicates playing shares, you think you are able to beat syndicates by teaching courses on how to invest in shares?

@@justanordinaryperson6461 Well I guess in general the finance/self improvement industry. Its a no brainer that everyone wants to get rich, and most are unknowledgeable, gullible, and emotional. So the winners are great marketers, manipulators, and con-artists who conveniently fulfills the 3. Only up to a certain point though, just like as you said, they won't beat the actual geniuses who are knowledgeable, experienced, and part of what makes up the top syndicates.

I had a big turn around last week when I found Iman's channel. I was introduced to "discretionary" trading and got an eye opener about the gurus I was watching. Since then, I've been on a journey of pure observation to find my edge and develop my trading intuition. Which cannot be taught. Iman will be the turn around in the trading community. He will bring balance to the force and more traders will follow his lead. Making it difficult for low lives to rip new comers off. Happy new years and cheers to Iman. most genuine traders are bz makign money trading...they don't have the time to meddle with youtube..until they got sick and tired of seeing the lies and beginners being ripped off. It's actually easy to spot a fake guru...genuine traders have trade copy where you can follow their performances or at least have audited P&L statement coz not all platform allows trade copy. Do we see Jim Rogers or Ray Dalio selling courses?

One of the first things I learned a long time ago after being burned several times was the need to see bank statements.
Independent third party verification of those bank statements. As you have pointed out, the amount of cut and paste and fraud that people show as real is amazing.

wow, i just went down the rabbit hole of watching your videos exposing this trader. His feed started to show up as it was hot on TikTok being roasted by the locals. Then chanced upon your video of saying he is a fraud. Now I can't wait for the next video!
Dude is from Singapore. So am I. I have to say Singapore is full of these scammers selling trading/investing courses. There's this course claiming its backed up by Mary "Buffett" even though she divorced years back, claiming they have nailed value investing xD! I have just started trading few months back, and I have to say it is not very conducive for beginners like me because of all these scammy channels. Thanks for exposing them!

After almost 2 years of backtesting and refining my strategy and strictly not watching any youtube videos, I decided a few days ago to check for some ideas regarding breakouts. You never know what idea will spark what consequent idea, so I thought why not.
I ended up watching a video from The Trading Geek and then I saw your video "Exposing him" in the recommendations. Eversince then I watched all the exposing videos and I'm so disappointed in this shitass industry.
But I get it. These parasites are there to take advantage of the generally lazy and shortcut seeking demographic that is literally everywhere these days. What fascinates me is how you can become such a piece of garbage of a human to scam hopeful people. That's just sad.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time and exposing these fake gurus. Good job! And good luck on your trading journey. From going over your other videos too I believe you got what it takes.

There’s something that I noticed from Brad myself… so I been reading “The mental game of trading” and from one of the chapters in the book. It was talking about mapping your emotions and Brad here copied the same exact wording described in the book when he was talking about psychology and from there I instantly knew.

I quite like this video. Thank you Iman. I have watched a video of the "gentleman" at the centre of your video, where my content is literally repeated word for word. I was once told that there is nothing new under the sun, when it comes to trading. I reject this idea. That would assume that all traders (humans) stay in a state of inertia. That is simply not true. We always evolve, and we are forever trying to outsmart each other (as traders). That creates a trading environment which is constantly evolving. The markets I traded 20 years ago might look the same, on a chart, but they are not. I guess that is why I still sometimes fall flat on my a##.
Iman, I am sorry I haven't thanked you before, and I am sorry I have to do it in a public comment section, but I do not know how to reach out to you otherwise. I think your videos are a marvel to view. They are like a Quentin Tarantino movie, impossible to stop watching. How you edit, and how you comment, leaves other TH-cam'er like myself in the dust. Iman I'm so glad you are making these videos man, because as a beginner who is trying to learn from reputable sources on TH-cam where the forex learning is over saturated with people who are trying to just create videos of other videos for profit is helping me. I use to actually watch this guy videos before I found this and you probably just save me and anyone else who was watching his bullshit MONTHS TO YEARS. It’s most of the big channels. The cpm for “finance” videos is pretty good. You can only say so much about trading before it comes back full circle to “just learn price action” lol. Meaning watch less videos and simply spend more time observing and trading.
Plus most people aren’t going to turn down the kind of money prop firms are willing to spend on advertising towards new traders.
