Thank you. Israel is the only SOVEREIGN NATION, whose national behaviour is held to higher standard than any other.

As Natasha mentions the area ‎that is euphemistically referred to as the "West Bank", prior to the UN ‎Resolution 181-‎the "Partition Plan", was an integral part of the Mandate for Palestine ‎and according to ‎the Mandate given by the League of Nations to the British Empire. As such it was ‎to be ‎incorporated into the Homeland of the Jews and as such was recognized as cestui sue trust in 1922 by 52 ‎countries at the San Remo conference in the Treaty of Sèvres and later ratified in the Treaty of Lausanne July 24th 1923.
As Natasha mentions the area euphemistically referred to as the "West Bank" was conquered and made ETNICALLY CLEANSED of JEWS by the JORDANIANS who ILLEGALLY OCCUPIED the area. This area was "LIBERATED" by Israel in June of 1967 from JORDANIAN OCCUPATION! As the area was conquered and made part of Jordan from 1948 -1967.
As to 1967 or 1948 "Borders" aka "The Green Line" they pertain only to a ‎‎“Cease fire / Armistice” line and not a border reached by agreement in the 1949 Rhodes Ceasefire ‎agreement line
The "Mandated Area" that was offered to and never claimed by the "Arabs of the ‎‎Mandated Areas"(Read "Palestinians") in the partition plan became Israeli territory as per International Law termed; Uti possidetis juris or uti ‎possidetis iuris (Latin for "as you possess under law").
Furthermore, Israel is the entity-Soverign Nation- with legal, national and indigenous ownership of the whole territory from the Jordan river to the mediterranean sea based on the provisions of international law as specified in article 6 of the Mandate for Palestine document which states: ART. 6.
"The Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in cooperation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article 4, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes."
Ergo Jewish communities established in Judea Samaria are legal and ‎there ‎is no need to annex since neither the Jordanians nor the "Falestinians" never ‎claimed ‎sovereignty. Ergo, since no country or government had ‎claimed sovereignty over it ‎than according to International Law “terra ‎nullius”, or "land ‎belonging to no one"‎.
It is these provisions of law that determine the legality of situations and not political statements nor non-binding resolutions from UN. As is shown in the summation of the verdict of the 3rd Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Versailles. tinyurl.com/ya2nfabx

Yes, Natasha is an excellent advocate for Israel and her English is perfect.
Al Jazeera have realised well spoken English is an asset to promote its antisemitic agenda by hiring ex BBC and other British newsreaders and reporters. And it has worked. Al Jazeera is funded by Qatar and Qatar also funds Hamas! 🥵. I wonder if these ex BBC news readers realised who they were getting into bed with!
I’ve long thought Israel should start an English speaking world News system like Qatar has been able to do but I doubt it has the money Qatar has and international antisemitism would maybe hold it back?!

Many thanks to Natasha Hausdorff for her excellent talk which unravels some of the legal issues at the center of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. In parallel, there are practical/political issues that are also largely unknown or ignored.
Since Jordan abandoned any claim to the West Bank in 1994, Israel has dealt directly with representatives of the West Bank Arabs. They proclaim themselves a nationality with rights of self-determination. As a result, it is widely considered that the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is a clash between two national movements. This understanding provides the basis in principle for ending the conflict by means of a 2-State Solution.
Yet the Palestinians persistently deny the same rights of self-determination for Jews that they claim for themselves. Jews are seen as a religious group only without national rights of self-determination. All the area, 'from the river to the sea', is considered and explicitly stated to be exclusively Arab/Muslim land. Mahmoud Abbas, the late Saeb Erekat and other Palestinian leaders have persistently repeated that they will never accept a Jewish state. Equally persistently, the bulk of western MSM fails to report this.
This rejection explains the maneuver whereby the PA appeared to accept Israel by its formal diplomatic recognition - but without the simultaneous acceptance of its Jewishness. By contrast, insofar as Israel is seen as Jewish it is not considered a state at all - but a Zionist Entity. The Palestinian concept of a 2-State Solution never envisages it as 2-States for 2-Peoples. In short, the Palestinian view of the 2-State Solution is the exact opposite of the 2-State Solution envisaged as an equitable compromise between two national movements. As a result, no matter how strongly its advocates believe the 2-State Solution ought to be the solution, its keystone, the reciprocal acceptance of national rights simply does not exist.
This confirms fears in Israel that a 2-State Solution as conceived by the PA will not bring peace but will bring instead a dangerous new stage in the Palestinian struggle for Arab/Muslim supremacy. In other words, the rejection by Palestinians of Jewish national rights of self-determination is the rock against which all peace initiatives will continue to crash.
It is to the great political disadvantage of Israel that the Palestinian rejection of Jewish self-determination, and the practical consequences of this rejection, are not widely understood. Without a decisive alteration to this state of affairs there is zero chance of ending the conflict. The recent expansion of PA links to Iran, Turkey, Hamas and other more extreme groups, confirms and hardens the core Palestinian rejection of a Jewish state that makes an equitable settlement between the two rival national movements impossible.

Have heard Ms. Hausdorff many times, and immensely applaud her pointing out the frequency in which double standards are used in accusations against Israel's existence and internal policies. This may not apply to her, as I know not if she is an Israeli citizen, but listening again here, to references or implications of double standards, has me see an hypocrisy.
Israel, itself, imposes a double standard in the treatment of its own citizens. Though few would deny that having a physical love interest and life partner is at the very core of true happiness, it refuses to legally recognize the marriages of hetero-gendered persons, which then deprives them of both the social status and important relationship rights conferred upon married homo-gendered persons.
So, perhaps Israel cannot with such purity to be a victim of double standards.

I don't care how many degrees you have, your basic premise of Israel's right to steal land based on "divine" rights, and the kicking of Palestinians out of their homes to give to settlers has no legal or moral justification.

They go back 2000 years but forget to ask who lived there before the jews. That is the cannonites, from whom they originally stole the land from. That area has been settled for 4000 years, well before their land claims. Once thieves, always thieves, even after thousands of years they didn’t change.
