Sorry for causing so much anger! Can you be more specific about what you think is wrong there? Certainly one can use flat notes even if the piece is in D major? And I believe it's common practice (and easier to read) to write a Bb7 chord with flat notes, instead of writing an A#7 chord. Would you disagree?
