Enjoying your videos guys! Welcome to TV from another SoCal transplant. We sold our Ventura County home last October and drove across country to find our Villages home. We found it in the Village of DeLuna 3 days after arrival, and closed on 12/15/23. We are experiencing many of the new home issues you guys are, but overall it’s been a great adventure so far. For us it’s also bittersweet as Mark stated because all of our adult kids are in SoCal, along with our only grand baby, 18 month old Teddy. We miss them all terribly, and will be going back for a visit soon. We love all of the TH-cam channels you mentioned and watch them all regularly. The newcomers highly influenced our move here. We wish you all the best in your new home. Buddy is so handsome, and boy does he love his new view. I don’t blame him! 😄😍

If you guys are looking for some stuff to do outside of the bubble, I follow this guys channel and he has some well made videos of places in Florida. His TH-cam channel is called TampaAerialMedia and he has a dog so he usually points out what is dog friendly and what is not.
Mark After Dark or MAD 😠 That show would be very interesting. Being a builder of homes, a drywall person would easily see their mistakes. I can see they did not fan out their mud wide enough on each seam. Keep up the good work, we all will be there in 2 weeks for a visit. The SEAMSTER

I’ve been watching Jerry & Linda for awhile. The salty stuff is so ridiculous. I can’t believe people take the time to comment on the stuff they do. But we’re in a society of hiding behind fake names and keyboards. I like how Jerry & Linda can laugh about it though so I enjoy that part of their vlog. I’m enjoying your new build info and adventures, and Buddy is just so cute! Has Buddy spotted Steve? Is he curious about him?

I hope you get your home issues resolved soon. I also watch several other TH-cam channels involving The Villages. I often wonder about the people who leave mean spirited comments...I think they are bored, jealous keyboard warriors who usually hide behind a made up name. The view behind your lanai is lovely. Really enjoying your videos. I can tell you love The Villages, but get frustrated by things that would bother us all - like dealing with contractors or delaying adding basic amenities in existing neighborhoods in favor of building infrastructure and houses in future neighborhoods. A lot of the Vloggers don't mention things like this. Regarding your comments about haters and rude/controversial comments - Jerry and Linda mentioned in one of their videos that they can filter out "trigger" words so those comments never show. Also, Rusty Nelson mentioned he deletes (or does not approve) rude or controversial comments. Just a thought. Looking forward to watching more of your videos! Cindy
Thanks for the info! Very informative. We just had an issue with an error code 12 on our tankless water heater as well. Before calling the plumber, I checked the internet. There are about six likely causes, none of which is a faulty regulator. The plumber was very responsive, came to our house in under an hour. He changed out the regulator too. Did not do any diagnostics. It sounds to me they change out the regulator because it’s easy.
