Myself Hanumesh i took a leap of faith and flew to Bangalore in 2017 and worked as a HK supervisor Bangalore for two years until i got the opportunity to join Right Track Corporate service as Janitor and rest everything was God's plan", if I can recalled the interview as a divine opportunity. i progressed from housekeeping Supervisor to my current position as Filed Manager through resilience, hard work, and faith: i got best performer award for the year 2020 -21. My son always made her proud with his achievements , certificates, shield and he wanted to show my achievements mark and today I am very happy that I can can show my kid that I can also got the certificate , award shield of my achievement. “I am happy I work in an organization that allows me to grow, learn every day and develop my career and personal life in new and improved ways".
I would like to express my gratitude my son given 4 to 5 interview but he fail to get a job ..I lost the hope also I was expecting my son will go fr job so that i can take break from my job go to my native...but he is nt able to one day I got Dileep sir number throug my walking friend...i called him he told me meet along with my son ...i met him he had counselling to my kid made him understand where is doing mistake while attending interview...also he is immediately refered my son to company spoke to that company HR ...my son got the job finally....Thank you Dileep Sir for your help

Also this Dileep said he started his company in top of his house, till now it’s in house only from 10 yrs no improvement, they will not give candidate offer letter, no esi no PF , no leave not even sick leave. Salary will get deducted unnecessary , too much of target pressure. They way 9k for HR freshers wherein others pay better and for security 10k in that also they will deduct unnecessary, once your leaving this company he will screw you and will not pay salary at last moment, also MAIN they will collect your Original 10TH MARKS SHEET, and will not return at proper time, worst - I recommend not to join here.
