- A little video I made to the incredible version of "The Damage You've Done" live in North Carolina from the 13th September 1989. I can't believe the song hasn't been uploaded yet.

2024 and still missing these guys.
I'd match up the Heartbreaker's body of work against anybody's. Their songwriting and level of musicianship is fantastic, especially considering how long these guys have been at it. Great stuff.

The general public may have missed the boat on this album but any TP & The Heartbreakers fan knows that you'll find some his best songs there: Runaway Trains, All Mixed Up, My Life/Your World and this one are all first rate.

I cant believe that this WHOLE album hasn't been uploaded. The best TP and the HB's record to date.
TEXNAUS like s runaway train it was overlooked but they were into being uncle Bobbys backing band so they didn’t care much. Well.....Stan Lynch cared and I get his point. Ts at his zenith in popularity after the Southern Accents album and tour and they put the brakes on things e en though a lot of Let me up was played live with Dylan but not headlining and getting the type of mojo under the record. The only 2 people truly happy were Tom and Bob but in 86 after a dismal Knocked our Loaded record by Bob, it’s safe to say Bob needed Tom in 86 and not the other way around. Let me up is a melting pot of music under one record. Parts R&B, blues, country, county rock, and garage band hut bucket Rolling Stones rock like the title cut. Benmont and Stan Lynch said there was a great album not fully realized because of being rushed and recording in mobile recording studios. The care that went into Accents was lacking on production but like you said it’s his best rock and roll record up to that point🎶
